Troubleshouting

For each type of browser and device there are different settings, below is the step-by-step for each.

For Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome.
2. In the top right, select "More" (the three dots).
3. Then "More tools" and "Clear browsing data".
4. To delete everything, click "All time". Alternatively, you can select a time range.
5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
6. Select "Clear data".

For Safari:

1. In your Safari app, open "Settings".
2. Then select "Privacy".
3. From here, click the "Manage Website Data" button.
4. In this menu, you can either remove your cache and cookies for a single website, by clicking "Remove" – or all of them, by selecting "Remove All".

For Firefox:

1. Click the Menu Icon.
2. Select "History", then "Clear Recent History", then "Details".
3. Tick "Cookies" and "Cache" and select "Clear Now".
4. Then restart your browser.
